I wonder if anyone can answer this puzzle for me (or provide a link)!
If I park in Dover in a restricted area - say in Camden Crescent I can have a free hour. Then I may not return to the area for 2 hours.
How do I know where the area begins and ends? eg: Could I park on the car to the seafront when i return. Likewise I was thinking of Effingham Crescent and then Ladywell.
I had a day last week where I seemed to be coming and going all day, and was worried that I'd get a ticket if i returned too close to the original space. (Usually I park right up Military Hill out of the way but time was of the essence)!
