    A free 15 minutes would be good. Many's the time I have gone shopping at a supermarket rather than a small shop because I just want to nip in but not pay for parking.
    Also rounding off parking charges so that you don't have to look for small amounts of change (£1.10 or 70p). I realise this is done to maximise revenue - as is the no change policy - but it is hitting the small and independent trader.
