  i see that the dover express has published parking fines road by road in the dover area,clarendon features quite well along with biggin street.

  saxon street,25 tickets =£400
  norman street,43 tickets =£965
  effingham cresant,42 tickets = £905
  effingham street,47 tickets = £775

  Thank you Brian , I recon that sometimes they could issue that ammount of tickets in a day on those streets. People often park all day on the hour restrictions.

  i was surprised to see the clarendons and my road in the list.
  
  i have only once seen them around here other than early sunday morning.
