    Keith my dear friend you way out of touchWith. Government squeezing local council budgets the money raised by council taxes goes no where.The KCC budget gets stretched more and more and when we rely on KCC members to spend the allowance they are allowed on local schemes to do it wisely one calls that into question
    More responsibility handed down to the lower tiers of which you are now a member. How wise will you be .You don't have a Cllr Watkins to keep you on check!,
