The community officer outside my daughters school said persistent offenders can be reported by telephoning 101 with their vehicle details.
www.lazyparker.org banners are quite effective for any drivers that have even a tiny shred of conscience...

good to see you back mike, not seen you on here for ages.
i will pass that on about ringing 101, forget the other bit - this character and his "good lady" use some ripe language to pedestrians and other motorists who raise the subject of their dangerous parking - shame is something they do not possess.

Hello Howard, I check in most days but am a man of few words... (those who know me are now rolling on the floor laughing

) would be interested to hear how the 101 service works out.

hadn't thought of that reg i will check with the blues membership secretary to see if he is known to them.
i doubt it though he doesn't seem to be of the "we are all in it together" mode of thinking.

agreed keith i know of instances of parents actually driving into the playground to drop off or pick up their offspring.
the chap in the white t shirt pictured has been told by school staff about his parking but takes no notice.

Maybe the police should be driving past around this time for a few weeks and give him a fine each time they catch him.

Know someone with a really old pram? They make the most awful deep scratches in shiny paintwork I find.

Parking has been decriminalised and is not dealt with by Police now unless there is a serious obstruction, get the parking wardens to blanket ticket them day after day and target the known problem areas, if it means easing up on the car parks so be it

technically you are correct martin but the police do not seem overly concerned about obstructions as any bus user in priory and maxton would testify.
our hero usually turns up late stops well clear of the pavement thus blocking the road and abuses anyone that points it out to him.

Maybe a couple of cars in front and behind this plonker blocking him in for quite a while would help, it would have to be for several days though.
