  I remember one parish council had problems with the wording of the swearing in document meaning the councillors weren't legal, was that Eythorne too?
  
  I know it's not the right thread for this (but I can't be bothered to search for the right one and as this is near the top!), I've just got back from the Neighbourhood Forum in St Mary's parish centre in Dover, some very helpful information gained from DDC and KCC staff and others. It's a much better format than previous ones, just wal;k around looking at displays and ask questions at the ones that interest you.
