    i feel sure that you are aware of the difference barry, dover and deal town councils are populated by people under political banners, parish councillors made up of local people that want to do something to improve their local surroundings without having to report back to any political master.

    i have been closely following capel and lydden for some time and with the miniscule amounts of money at their disposal actually achieve things with a combination of team work and plugging away at finding grants where they are available.

    not forgetting that some do the actual physical work to help things along.
