Does anyone know what has happened to the newspaper recycling skips in Dover.
The ones at Morrisons and Camden Crescent car parks have not been there for weeks.

I suspect they were not used enough and took up needed space. Surely most people put the magazines etc in with the rest of their DDC collected paper recycling.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Jan, you may be right although the one in Camden Crescent was always quite well used. There is no DDC paper recycling collection in our flats so everyone used it. In fact there is no recycling of anything in our block of flats. Everything just goes down the Shute into the bin store for collection once a week. It has been such a disappointment that I just cannot recycle anything except the very occasional pre-booked slot at the Whitfield tip.
And No I haven’t got facility to store much as I live in a flat.
DDC should get together with the block management and sort this out. It’s such a waste.

Wonder if there's another such facility that could be used ?
