  As is often said, people who lay in a store of necessary comestibles do not buy in panic, now if, with winter coming on, they were to empty the shelves of flip-flops and sun-cream, that would be buying in a panic.

  canterbury was under snow this morning, saw a car in pencester road earlier with a thick layer of snow on roof and bonnet.
