Has anyone owned up? Likely to be a leaking Highways line painting vehicle? Or perhaps Banksy?
The Kentonline article says Whitfield, but there's paint all the way onto the Eastry bypass.
Assuming nobody bothers to clear it up, I wonder how long we will be seeing the remains?

Social media had it down to a foreign lorry which eventually pitched up at Thanet lorry park.

Made alot of mess and damage to cars,i was amazed that even after a couple of days it hadnt been cleaned up.At Cherry tree lights it was still laying in liquid form in the gutters at the crossing, not the fault of the local authorities but i thought it would have been cleaned up.Whoever is responsable will have a hefty bill or insurance claims.

There was pictures posted on social media of the alleged offending truck,a lhd blue curtainside artic, looked like the paint was running out of the trailer, was all over the fuel tank, wheels and wheel arches of the tractor unit, quite a mess.By the amount on the road i reckon it must have been a 45 gallon drum load, could have just burst or maybe something else in the trailer had fell onto it and damaged the barrel.Looks like the worst of the spillage had been cleaned up at Cherry tree.
