Indeed it is extremely shocking and very unnerving to hear that this sex offender was 'put up' in one of our Hotels here in the middle of our town by our Council, is this for real?
The fact that he is now housed as a registered sex offender in the Folkestone area does nothing to alleviate our fears. By all accounts he still poses a threat to all Women and Children so whats he doing out of prison, he should be locked up for good and all.
