  The main question is: if he still poses a threat what is he doing out anyway? People like this never change, regardless of what bleeding heart psychiatrists and social workers say. Some people manage to change their behaviours, paedophiles simply don't. Letting them out, even on licence (which is a joke anyway) is not worth the risk. Their freedom balanced against the safety children and women - it's a no brainer. Keep him inside.
