    i always thought i understood vic even though i may disagree

    clearly in post 84 vic says alexander has never been a member of local branch of ukip

    that may or may not be correct


    if you takes vics line and alexander joined ukip at head office, surely living in dover would make him a member of the local branch wouldnt it?
