    Looks like alexander is saying the UKIP local branch doesn't believe in democracy or members participation.
    or was alexander just saying vic as the chair of the branch is the undemocratic one?

    looks like alexander will have to re join ukip if he has desires to be the chair of the local branch, talking to other branch members its not a position hard fought over.

    are we being told by alexander that actually vic doesnt believe in democracy?
    and until vic goes the branch wont prosper?
