  I think what seems to be happening with these emerging BRIC countries is that they are performing like racehorses but leaving a whole swathe of their own population in the dust behind. In other words there is a huge divide between rich and poor within these new economic powers. Proper advanced society, if I can put it that way, hasnt arrrived yet to even out things.. to greater spread the wealth down through the system. These economies are probably too young in that sense.
  The top tier soars ever upward but the poor get lost in the wake.
  
  Government Minister in charge of this stuff Andrew Mitchell is keen to see aid continue, he is a very enthusiastic supporter of continued aid ..so it seems is Mr Cameron himself..despite continued murmurings in political circles by all parties that our charity in these strapped times should begin at home.
