  all surveys like this are carefully worded so that the answers fit what the questioner wants to hear.

  250 people out of roughly 105,000 in the whole DDC district is not exactly representative, looks like DDC spin to me. .

  I started to do it, saw where the answers were leading, recognised that DDC had the thing rigged to give them the outcome that they wanted and never completed it. Don't we all just love rigged consultation exercises?

  oh what wonderful value for money our council tax is.It really is far too low.
