i do not know why the local tories have decided to take little action.
i presume the decision to suspend bob till nov (which has no effect whatso ever)
and a severe reprimand, is saying they understand mr frost in the first instance made the comment thus causing the offence, and i still believe he did this knowingly, going by past maverick comments he has made.
he then took them down once he knew he had offended even 2 of his own p;arty members.
trying to think of justifying the comments after was just bad taste, and didn't realy help, the only good part was that bob had the sense to remove the comments.
that said he should never have made them in the first place.
its realy up to local tories to explain how they justify bob';s remaining in light of action taken in other places.
sadly the local torie have played right into people like mike eddy's hands
