    Depends on parts Howard. The point about being not repaired was, there was little point spending money on it if it was to be replaced.


    I can just see the postings on the Forum.


    I think it's fair to say there are issues to addressed about the Market Sq. with the future of the Big Screen, [once contract agreement ends] & fountain and it makes sense to address them comprehensively rather than separately.
