  The EU now want a 20 mph speed limit in all towns across the EU countries. this is a reply some one sent me this morning as they are not members of this forum. I wish someone with brains would send the bloody green party to live in the EU with all the other idiots.

  20 mph WILL INCREASE fuel consumption as engines will be under more strain at lower speeds, a bit of a contradiction to the green idiots party thinking isn't it?
  
  I would say the majority of people exceed the speed limit at 30 mph at some time or another, so this will mean more money for the police speed traps I suppose.
  and to be perfectly honest the people who most seem to be in a hurry around schools are the mothers dropping off and picking up the so delicate kids.
