  Actually youth unemployment which had risen during Labour term of office was falling at the time of the election whether it would have continued to fall if they had won the General Election is another matter but it is a fact that unemployment is greatly affected by the state of the economy and its also a fact that it is now rising under a Tory government.
  
  But Cameron should be careful as it was his govt that has scrapped Education Maintenance Allowance for teenagers who wanted to stay in education, and axed Labour's flagship back-to-work project, the Future Jobs Fund. IFS have said it could come back to haunt him.
