    If the EU is a "failing and incompetent organisation" then a lot of blame has to fall on the British Euro members that we send there. Do none of them propose changes or fight for sensible policies? Do they all just sit there and bemoan our membership, while collecting their expenses? If you keep sending out members who do not want it to work then it won't.
