I fully agree that dog-fouling should be fined. Can't see why there isn't such a thing as nappies for dogs.
If people let their dog muck the pavement up, they should also pay for it!
As for parking issues, sometines I see cars parked along double yellow lines obstructing the traffic in a shameless manner, even along London Road.

Conversations I have had with a couple of EOs I know indicate that they are a little apprehensive of assuming these new powers; and that their union will insist on extra pay for the extra responsibility. But all power to JG in his attempts to get it through, other councillors must unite behind him and forget party differences.

they would in a private company that was looking for results unfortunately local authorities don't have to show a profit to survive.
