I Was in the town recently and reflected upon how, in the past I used to often meet Howard at the Folkestone rd bus stop and chat all way to town
And often catch Howard top of priory Street whilst he waited for the 68 bus.
Always ready to chat often full of controversy
But never frightened to tell me his latest thoughts
I miss our chats Howard
I recall as a very new Councillor I chatted to you on the doorstep you invited me in for a cuppa and we chatted putting the world to rights.
