As for that burger, Brian, you don't know how much of it actually is meet, and how much is fat. And how much of it is saturated fat. Do you think it is 100% meet that went into the mincer?
Oh and sausages! they come out through a mincer. Trouble is, with a rasher of bacon, you can slice the fat off, but a prepacked sausage...it's all inclusive!
