    Colin people dont take real offense in politics as its part of the game.. but with regard to religion people get very offended and upset. Its a faith thing and not often understood by those who dont have a faith.

    You need look no further re this situation than the recent attempt at burning the Koran in the US by that looney fringe pastor. The whole world went into a frenzy of consternation...because basically people knew that it would cause widespread offense for no real gain.

    You wouldnt get the same reaction if you burn someones manifesto. Thats basically the difference between the two. Its as simple as that.
