on local news earlier that someone famous had "tweeted" disparaging remarks about folkestone and the unlikely event of regeneration happening.
simon jones dutifully asked a few people there what they thought and the results were a carbon copy of utterances by dover residents on their town.

i thought that demolition was part of regeneration richard, i will post more photos tomorrow that i took in that part of funky folkestone.

that should please the locals tom, in fairness to folkestone the walk from the old high st/tontine st towards the area set for regeneration is very attractive with lovely flower beds(posted on another thread) and the harbour.
