Howard, I could not agree more, the only consolation for the family must be that their lovely little boy saved four other lives.

It's heartwrenching for the family but what a wonderful thing to do, giving others the gift of life.

the reason i put this one up was that it put me in mind of the problem with roger's jean and the issue of donors.
in this case the lad that died had parents who somehow managed to see the bigger picture in a time of tragedy.
most people who die are adults so we are reliant on them to have joined the donor register.

A wonderful, truly inspirational story.
Very sad for the family, but for others a very happy moment.
The comments on that link are so true; a very difficult time for the parents, hope it helps others to do the same.
