    Nice one Howard, top draw.

    It needs to go K.C.C. and Highways then perhaps not, they need to take the situation seriously and get some plans together that will work and fast.. What happens in France, do they have the same problems when the dam tunnel comes to a shut down? you never hear of problems on that side.
