I see from a letter from Southern Gas that there will be lane closures in London Road from Tower Hamlets to Cherry Tree from 7th February to 29th July!!
Please, please, please take steps to ensure that the Terrace does not become a rat run as it always does when the road is down to one lane.
Motorists are deserate to hurtle along the Terrace in order to get in front of the queue at the Cherry tree lights.
Putting a sign up saying Access Only will not deter them.

I can guarantee Balfour road will get a good hammering then
