Open Golf 2011
- 3 June 2010 16:4254720Just had an unsolicited call from a gentleman selling a hospitality suite at the Open on 15th July next year. his offer ( special one 'cos someone had pulled out !!!) was that for the day I could entertain 24 guests at breakfast lunch and dinner with "beautiful girls" attending us and a free bar in our own suite - for only £7176 a huge discount from the real price of £11916. When I stated that I wasn't interested he asked if I did hospitality - so I said no. he asked was it because I couldnt afford it and I said yes.
He then said - "you ought to get another job then" then he put the phone down on me!!!
