Open Day 27th October from 10 am till 4 pm
The White Mill Museum is hosting a special open day to allow parents and children to experience the White Mill and all it has to offer. We are particularly interested in attracting school parties to the Mill for the 2012 season. Everyone is welcome, young and old ! Come and take part:
Grinding your own flour on our hand operated mill stone - the kids love this!
Face Painting
Paint a picture of the mill - win a prize!
Other attractions on the day will include:
The Mill forge in operation, watch how they make horseshoes and more!
Bring a picnic - FREE tea coffee available to all grown ups. Water and or fruit juice available to children.
Heated meeting room and small kitchen area
Disable facilities on site.
Plenty of FREE parking
Lots of other things to see and do inside the Millers Cottage and Windmill!
