I see Charlie has been quoted there as saying he doesnt think its Theresa Mays fault. If its not her fault then who's fault is it? It has to be somebody's fault doesnt it...and if you are in charge of the operation in its entirety then the buck stops with you...as President Truman said, I think it was him anyway...
