Yes Jacqui is right we did mention it on the Cruise Liner thread..it was slightly around the corner from my vision so couldnt get a shot. Its no longer in the harbour...I neither saw it coming or going..perhaps its a ghost ship oooh brrrr

I couldnt make out the name despite trying with binoculars and it wasnt listed on the LIVe Ships website. But a nice ship..probably be termed a schooner although I'm no expert...

Im not really sure what constitutes the differences between the names..ketch..schooner.. but all adds to the rich tapestry. Yes twas a nice looking vessel..a number of these ships visiting Dover are German for some reason. They seem to be big on tall ships.
