    For years this country had one of the best mail services one could wish for, now it is awful. Letters being routinely delivered late lunchtime here in the middle of town is disgraceful. What happened to the early morning post that we used to get, even in rural Tilmanstone we used to get our post around 11.00am.

    I am not blaming the frontline postmen, it is the Royal Mail system and management.
