Keir Starmer said he would smash the gangs… Instead, the border force is paying tech companies to clean IT Equipment.
(I can remember all the table tops being replaced (the frames were metal) in an Immigration Office in Kent, not because they were not working (no typewriters fell through them) but because if the money was not spent 'this' year the Home Office would reduce our budget, and we might actually need something 'next' year!)
