And I wonder why?
Back in 2018 I attended a one day seminar on Combating Gangs, Violence and Weapon Crime with Cressida Dick as the main speaker, plus various others including Lynne Owens, then Director-General, National Crime Agency talking on The Threat of County Lines Violence, Exploitation & Drug Supply.
In 2019 I watched a Channel 4 documentary, 'Britain's Child Drug Runners' which included a child from Banbury.

In 2020 I was stuck for seven weeks during lock-down in Banbury on my canal boat and talked to various people about the local 'scene' which is mostly run from the West Midlands.

Local police have so far been doing a reasonable job on combating drug distribution.
The recent importation of large numbers of Albanians has really put the O in OCGs making the 'post code' gangs, most of whom still live with their mothers (!) seem amateur.

I seriously worry about a 69 bed Banbury being turned over to bored, fit, male 18-30 year olds with nothing to do and the effect on crime there where to the best of my knowledge few of Thames Valley Police speak Albanian.
This scenario is being replicated all over the country.
Not to worry. Here's some nice motors.
