    Well. Tony, there is no doubt, in my opinion, that people in the West do not believe what the Iranian president and vice president have been claiming on this topic.
    Neither do I, as you will have - hopefully - gathered.

    BUT! The question here is, do the Iranian public - or some of the public there - believe what these state leaders have been saying about the rain?
