  No its not about economics Matt - its about keeping the forum alive and very active. Thats the name of the game...active. Because we are small and staying small (forumwise) and yes probably exclusive although thats a by-product..we need everyone to contribute so that members and readers see something new when they tune in everyday. All should do their bit. That way everyone, all the readers all the members, enjoy it more as there is hopefully lots of variety everyday.... There is nothing worse than stagnation. Our aim is to make it as enjoyable as possible for everyone.
  
  It is very little use to us to have someone contributing once every three months. While that person is away not contributing anything...the other guys are keeping it going on his/her behalf..so when he/she tunes in in three months time its still here and operating well. That is thanks to the guys who are contributing all the time.
  
  So therefore not fair on them that they should subsidise the first person.
  Our policy is to exclude passengers and we have done.
  
  Although let me just add, we have no ambition to exclude anyone..ideally everyone would contribute well and add to the enjoyment.
