  Well if thats the case Barry how do you explain that the 'local' Tory prospective candidate holds his bank account with Coutts according to the Dover Express old Charlie was seen passing a Coutts cheque at a local restaurant..thats very ordinary I must say.
  
  By the way this is not an attack on Charlie who I like and respect but he certainly doesn't ''reflect the majority of local politicians'' as you put it.
