  Yes Howard and be in no doubt there will be hoards of suits in hi-vis vests with bin bags clearing up litter from the sea front. A first for years. Hey they may even put the rubbish bins back on the beach. Hey thinking about it they may even shell out some money to replace those broken bins on the seafront - you know the ones the gulls love so much as they don't have plastic lids. Gosh isn't it wonderful how the Olympics brings people together, working, smiling and bring peace and prosperity to us all.
  Watch as once the torch bearer passes it's back to the same old same old with broken bottles and fast food wrappers on the beach and prom.
