    Is it true that the fireworks will cost around £100k or have I been misinformed? Seems a lot of money for big bangs that only last a few minutes........Luckily we'll be able to see them from my garden. Is this another example of showing off and ideas above someone's station???

    Does anyone know the timetable of what time the torch will be passing when? I'm planning on having a party in my front garden to see it pass (any excuse for a party even if I can't be bothered with the Olympics). So anyone wandering around the Saxon Street / Norman Street area pop over for a sherbert or two.
