I've just been told about this site by a friend of mine. Some of you may already know of it but for those that don't it's very interesting, some brilliant old photos of Dover. Just scroll down the left hand side and click on Dover, well worth a visit.

Thank you Terry I have really enjoyed the pictures of old dover and looking up other places in Kent, what an enjoyable way to pass a Sunday evening

Enjoyed looking at the Maidstone Museum pictures, found a lovely one of Newport Arch (Roman) in Lincoln with church where we were married in the background, thro' the archway. Also on it a lady in a crinoline!
