    Cannot understand the negativity and that nothing will happen....

    Didn't I drive past and see work on boring for the hotel on the corner of Townwall/Woolcomber Street taking place yesterday?? Work is actually starting om something !!!!!

    Build a hotel, undercut the rates and get the phone masts moved from Burlington House. Suddenly the owner loses tens of thousands of pounds of income (with no costs to him) and demolition is the only thing viable as the building is worthless.....

    Miracles won't happen but some major steps have taken place in the last few years so all moving in the right direction...
