    Not sure what you're talking about now Paul.

    The link above states clearly the trust is renting the site from the council for a "peppercorn rate". In other words the public sector is getting out of the way and letting, as you say, the market get on with it.

    Tell you what Paul, the DTIZ site, get DDC to give it to a local group for a "peppercorn rate", I guarantee within no time it would be full.
