    If you have further queries you are prefectly entitled to make a Freedom of Information request as I previously posted. there are no secrets.

    If you fail to get the info you require you have recourse to the Council's external auditors. They are independent of the Council and will qualify the accounts if there are irregularities or democratic procedures have not been observed.

    Mandy Weir at DDC is the staff member who deals with F.O.I's.

    If it is not these things that you require then it's the ballot box or courts.
