  Decision making choices eh Paul, like the decision to spend £100k+ on "consultants" with no tangible return - who's decision was that? The recession is a convenient excuse for people to hide behind the cutback excuse when in reality nothing is happening.
  
  You seem to be saying if I think I can do better I should have a ho myself, which is a fair point. The reality is there are people in place who dont seem up to the job, they've lifted their head over the parapet and should be prepared to take the consequences.
