I have been given to understand the Asda regeneration project on this MFI/St James site.....which was running on for a long time...I mean years....
Fell through, because of a disagreement over parking.....Asda wanted to give their customers free parking...ie....like the Morrisons site...
However, the Dover DC disagreed and everything fell through

Thus who is doing this next hopeful years down the line project
