    First thing I would do is sort out the planning dept at district,also get get rid of the old school tie setup the district have some very good officers, but some depts are not working with other depts,and the planning dept are a law to them selfs only. also I feel some of the cllrs that sit in high office need to move on now ,they have been there to long. and I do not mean Mr Watkins but I do mean some on his cabinet.
