    surprised this issue has raised such hackles.

    it seemed clear early on the free dosh from seeda bought up the parcel of land in order for the d.t.i.z. to go forward.

    paul mentions the track record of the town centre, funnily enough we have more shop take up than in my memory and a lot more than other towns.

    we should be happy with that side of things.

    talking to towns people on a daily basis, the big issue is over flower troughs, yes i know it is my personal crusade.
