    Howard, Countrywide plc, who own Bairstow Eves, Mann & Co, and Geering and Colyer use the Rightmove website, but it only carries residential properties as they don't have a commercial arm.

    Of all the other agents, Tersons is probably the one with a genuine commercial side to their business. However, the Tersons website doesn't work and they also advertise their properties on Rightmove.

    Cluttons are specialists with a global reach and that is probably why DP are using them. They also have a far superior reputation for commercial property transactions than do the locals.
